2023 Summer Sessions

*ATTENTION* Reserving your summer session does not guarantee Fall Sessions. PLEASE note the Summer Session times as they are different from our Fall Sessions.

Please reserve your Summer Sessions (June, July, August or all summer) by indicating your choice below. The process for payment for the month will be the same as the school year (cash or check within the first 5 working days of the month), unless you are paying for all summer. All fees are non-refundable.

BIG KIDs (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30 - 12pm)

10% DISCOUNT FOR ALL SUMMER: $522 - paid in full by May 15th

JUNE SESSION (Last day of school: June 9th, 2023), June 12-30, $165 due June 12th

JULY SESSION (July 5-31, $270 due July 5th), Closed July 3-4 for Independence Day

AUGUST SESSION (August 1-18, $145 due August 1st), CLOSED August 21-25 to prep for new school year, August 28th, 1st Day of School

MINIs & Middles (Tuesday & Thursdays 9am - 12pm

JUNE SESSION (June 13-29, $110 due June 13th)

JULY SESSION (July 6-27, $130 due July 6th, CLOSED July 3-4 for Independence Day

AUGUST SESSION (August 1-17, $110 due August 1, CLOSED August 21-25 to prep for the new school year, August 28th 1st Day of School)

I give my permission for my child's photo to be used for TLC promotional material. No last names will be used unless parents give written permission prior to publication.

I give my permission for my child to be taken for walks, rides in the Bye-Bye Buggies, participate in the Pinehurst Splash Pad activity and/or swimming in the little swimming pools on the TLC premises, and play on any playground equipment on or off the premises while in the care of the TLC employees.

I do release Trinity Christian Fellowship and Trinity Learning Center, Pinehurst, NC, and its agents, from all liability for injury or accident, and do give my permission to the TLC and/or church staff and employees to secure medical attention should the need arise.

Tuition will be charged whether your child attends class or not (vacations, Dr appointments, etc.)

Tuition will be charged if school is cancelled for community-wide issues such as weather, grid power outages, etc

Tuition is due on or before the first day of the month

Paid tuition will be credited to the following month if closure is due to TLC's making

LATE TUITION FEES: if tuition has not been paid by the 5th working day after the first day of the tuition month, a late fee of $20 will be applied to your account. For tuition that has not been paid and has already assessed a $20 late fee, you will continue to be charged $5 per day until payment has been made.

LATE PICKUP FEES: if you're more than 10 minutes late for pick up, a $10 late fee will be applied to your account. Late fee balances for any reason, over $50 will result in termination and your child's place will be given to another family.
