Our Women’s Ministry invites you and your family (children ages 5 & up are encouraged to come as well) to join us as we “fellowship with a purpose” for a few hours in support of this incredibly important local, non-profit here in the Sandhills!From sorting packaged food, crossing out bar codes, separating bags, organizing items for school pantries, and so much more, The Food Bank is always looking for local volunteers!
They will have a job for anyone, so please come and * wear closed toe shoes*!
TCF is a proud drop off location for BackPack Pals! BackPack Pals provides backpacks full of nutritional foods for children in Moore County Schools, who are otherwise food insecure, for the weekend.
BackPack Pals provides 1100 kids from 28 local schools, with weekend food. Our goal is to provide these kids with the reassurance that they won’t go hungry over the weekend and that someone cares! Join us as we do what we can to fill a very real need in our area!
