Christ the Center

Knowing and understanding Scripture not only helps us understand His purpose for our lives, but shows us His heart. When you are in relationship with someone, you do all you can to know them as well as you can. The same goes for our relationship with the Lord! The more we know, the more our relationship grows, and the closer we are to Him. We would love for you to join us whenever you can.

The Book of 1 Corinthians by Jennie Allen
Dates: 3/1/19 to 7/15/19
Moderators: Renate Yow, Noel Roberts

This twelve-part Bible study, filmed on location in Greece, walks through Paul’s letter to the Corinthian church. This Bible study series will take you on a journey to discover what it means to live a risky, others-centered life. For each session, you’ll find goals for the week–things we want to walk away knowing, feeling, and doing differently as a result of the teaching. In addition, you’ll encounter questions designed to help you consider and apply the video teaching to your own life. At the end, you’ll have to answer a very important question: Will you live the risky, others-centered life as well?

Moderator: Carol Pizzi

Beginning Thursday, July 18 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.  Our summer study is a favorite, The Names of Jesus.  Teacher, Carol Pizzi, plans to introduce some of the names we have not studied in the past and may do a repeat of some of the ones that are most meaningful to all of us.
